Compliance

DPML operates under a transaction-funded model. Orders are executed only after cleared funds are received and the order is placed with an approved supplier.

For compliance purposes, DPML may request customer identification and may decline, limit, or cancel transactions that appear inconsistent with standard verification, payment, or delivery controls. DPML accepts domestic wire and ACH only and does not accept cash, money orders, or third-party payments.

Shipping addresses may be restricted (especially for new customers or new accounts) to reduce fraud and compliance risk.

Pricing & Market Volatility

Precious metal prices can change rapidly and may be volatile. Quotes are presented as Spot plus a clearly stated premium. Quotes may change or expire prior to funding.

Orders are placed and pricing is locked only after funds clear and the order is confirmed. DPML is not responsible for market movements before funding and confirmation.

Availability & Substitutions

Product availability is subject to change. If a requested item becomes unavailable, DPML may offer alternative products of comparable type and quality, subject to your approval.

Payment, Returns, and Cancellations

Orders are pre-funded via approved payment methods (e.g., ACH or wire). Due to the nature of commodities markets and wholesale fulfillment, all sales are generally final once the order is placed with the supplier.

If cancellation is requested prior to placement, DPML will confirm whether cancellation is possible. If a supplier fee, spread, or market movement applies, you may be responsible for applicable costs.

Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Delivery

Orders are fulfilled through approved suppliers and shipped with tracking. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Risk of loss transfers in accordance with the supplier’s shipping terms and applicable law. If an item is lost or damaged in transit, DPML will assist with initiating a claim with the carrier and/or supplier, as applicable.

No Custody or Storage

DPML does not act as a custodian and does not provide storage services unless explicitly stated in writing as a separate service. Customers are responsible for secure receipt and storage of delivered products.

Eligibility & Referral-Based Access

Access is referral-based and may be limited. DPML may approve or decline access requests at its discretion to preserve operational controls, pricing integrity, and network trust. DPML reserves the right to modify policies and pricing structures at any time.
